Hello I’m Graham Kerr. Are you trying to get a grip on your carbohydrates? Well I am too. This is pasta and a two-ounce portion of pasta I think is just perfect for me. That translates to this when it’s actually cooked. You might be used to this, which is three times the amount. That’s a six-ounce raw weight and for me it’s just too much, it’s one of the reason’s why we’re gaining weight. So if you want to see what that looks like on a plate here with a little salad with a marinara sauce over the top. You could put two or three or four, and then just a tablespoon full of good Parmesan cheese freshly grated on the top and there! That is eating. You don’t have to run away from carbohydrates, there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s perfectly delicious good food. Just in reasonable quantity, that’s all it takes.

Graham Kerr for Taste of Health.
